Welcome to Rikishifatu.com! By accessing this site, you can request a personalized video shoutout from WWE legend Rikishi (“Talent”) for yourself or a designated recipient (“Recipient”). Please read the following terms carefully as they govern your use of our personalized video services.
1. Personalized Rikishi Videos
Through our platform, you may request a customized video shoutout (“Personalized Video”) from Rikishi. These videos are intended to provide a memorable, personalized experience for you or a Recipient.
2. Request Submission and Fulfillment
When you submit a request for a Personalized Video, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Talent Discretion: Rikishi has full discretion over the content and format of the Personalized Video. While we encourage you to provide specific details in your request, Rikishi may interpret and fulfill it in his own way.
Fulfillment Timeframe: Requests will typically be completed within seven (7) days. If needed sooner, you may opt for our 24-hour express delivery option. If the 24-hour request is not completed on time, we may, at our sole discretion, either (i) issue a refund or credit, or (ii) revert to a standard delivery request and refund any difference in cost between the express and standard rates.
Right to Decline: We reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion. In cases of declined requests, you will receive a full refund.
3. Licensing of Personalized Video Content
Upon payment in full, Rikishi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the Personalized Video in non-commercial, non-promotional contexts, such as sharing it on social media or using it at personal events with up to 1,000 attendees. This license does not grant ownership of the Personalized Video itself but allows personal enjoyment of it.
Restrictions: You may not sell, resell, or commercially exploit any Personalized Video, including creating derivatives such as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), unless expressly authorized in writing by Rikishi’s platform.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You may only use the Personalized Video in compliance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Any unauthorized use or violation may result in termination of your license.
5. Video Removal and License Termination
We reserve the right to remove any Personalized Video from our site at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Additionally, we may terminate your license to use the Personalized Video if these terms are violated.
